A sales manager needs to build up skills for the management of their team. The objective is to train the sales manager or supervisor to be able to make a comprehensive and efficient human resource management. This workshop provides the sales manager with the necessary tools to perform in a way that will allow them to achieve their goals and objectives through other people.
Two or three months after the training workshops, we schedule a follow up meeting to evaluate the commitments and action plans of participants. This is a great opportunity to verify how well attendants were able to internalize the concepts developed in the workshop program. Simultaneously, we review and confirm the levels of adaptation to the habits we defined necessary for each of the participants.
